Each retreat hosts approximately 8-16 guests, varying based on the location and program specifics.

  • April 9-12, 2026 (4 days, 3 nights) - Bright, VIC " Autumn Back 2 Basics"

  • June 5-10, 2026 (6 days, 5 nights) - Noosa, QLD "Winter Wellness Retreat"
