Outdoor Group Sessions

Our outdoor group sessions are designed to make hard work enjoyable. We incorporate fun fitness games with personal and group challenges because we believe that if you enjoy exercising, it will soon become a part of your life that you really look forward to.

If you want to move beyond limiting habits or get out of an intimidating or sterile gym environment, come and complete our outdoor group workouts that are genuinely good for you. You will be joined by friendly and inspiring, like-minded people who will encourage and support your fitness goals and have an absolute blast doing it.

Our FUN, outdoor group exercise sessions are designed for a variety of fitness levels and will engage and challenge every client. You can also expect the added benefits of being in the beautiful outdoors all year round.

Typical sessions

  • Fun and functional warm-up

  • Body weight exercises e.g. squats, reverse lunges, push-ups, pull-ups and mountain climbers

  • Boxing combos (not your average boring boxing!)

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

  • Exercise circuits using resistance bands, kettle bells and medicine balls

  • Yoga and Pilates mat work to develop core strength and flexibility

  • Personal Best (PB) Challenges

  • And most importantly of all, our Fun Fitness Games and Team Competitions!
