Outdoor Group Fitness

A FUN and functional program which enhances physical, social and
emotional health in a beautiful outdoor setting. It’s like no other group fitness experience. We do
group exercise with a community full of positive like-minded people who want EVERY MEMBER to
THRIVE. Varying fitness levels accommodated. 1 hr exercise session group size varies from 8-20
members. Mix gendered. 20yrs+ expert coaching experience.

Reboot Camps

A transformational experience in magnificent settings for fun-loving,
open-minded people inspired by a healthy connection to self, nature and others. Our Reboot Camps
offer a time and place to reconnect with yourself, find inspiration and joy, move and energise your
body, learn new things, be empowered, find purpose, rest and relax whilst immersing yourself in
nature. Reboot Camps host 12-20 guests over 2-4nights depending on location.

Student (ADP)

Individualised high performance strength and conditioning for
athletes in ALL sports. Every athlete receives custom programming according to their sport, injury
history and goals. This program offers professional expertise and support to maximise growth, as an
athlete, but also, as a student and in this incredible ‘game of life’. Small groups of 4-8 athletes per
expert coach.
