Student Athlete Development (ADP)

With over 3 decades of experience in competing and coaching in elite sport we know how incredibly valuable sport is in bringing out the best human attributes in people.

This is why we are particularly passionate about keeping our younger people involved in sport and exercise and we’re proud to be able to offer a professional student athlete development program which will support young aspirational athletes to maximise their growth as an athlete, a student and a human being.

ADP sessions include high performance strength and conditioning practises for secondary school student athletes across ALL sports.

​

Every athlete receives customised programming according to their sport, injury history and goals.

The sessions are fun and engaging, with a strong focus on preventing injuries and training protocols which make long term contributions to athletic excellence.
